Our Mission

Helping America understand the blessings of liberty.

The Freedom Vehicles Association (a DBA of Tools of Freedom Inc., a 501(c)(3) public charity) is dedicated to helping the general public understand and appreciate the blessings of living in the United States. Our purpose is to promote patriotism, educate the public about the history of freedom, and honor those who have served our country. We believe that by interacting with the stories of soldiers past, we can inspire a desire to ensure freedom for future generations.

Living Museum Philosophy

History does not belong behind glass.

We don’t believe history belongs behind glass. Instead, we repurpose physical assets — vehicles, artillery, and artifacts no longer in active military use — to give the public a full-immersion experience. By demonstrating the sights, smells, and sounds of the 20th century, we bring the sacrifices required to maintain liberty to life.

Our History

From a hobby to a 37-vehicle archive.

What began as a personal hobby of bringing military equipment to events evolved in 2014 when founders Vernon Stout, Wade Knapp, and Dave Turley officially organized as a non-profit association. Their goal was to secure the resources needed to preserve this history for the long term. Since its incorporation in 2015, the association has grown from a small display to a world-class collection of 37 vehicles and more than 30,000 military artifacts spanning from WWI to the present day.

Victory Park USA
